Project Meeting at the Salesian Sisters

The sisters organized a concertation in order to improve the content of their new “2 years’ program” in Catering. This mastermind included professional of the business and former students, Don Bosco Hotel School staff, a priest, and myself.

This mastermind group was fruitful and constructive, everybody coming with his own expertise.

It was a great initiative which gave the sisters many insights to improve their project.

I have been invited because they knew my interest for the Tourism industry as I taught their 2^nd year in secretarial skills last year.
