We are not the only one at SFTS to experiment internet problems. 

If our students cannot connect to the internet, how could they learn online?

Here is a solution they’ve found and the message they've sent to their students:

សាកលវិទ្យាល័យបានធ្វើការស្រង់មតិរបស់និស្សិត ហើយលទ្ធផលបង្ហាញថានិស្សិតមួយចំនួនមានការពិបាកក្នុងការតភ្ជាប់បណ្តាញអ៊ីនធើណេតដែលមិនអាចឲ្យពួកគេចួលរួមការសិក្សា online បាន។

Based on our students’ survey, we understand that some of our students have difficulties in connecting to the internet for a better online learning experience. To help address this problem, the university will loan these mobile wifi pocket devices with pre-loaded data. Students who are in urgent need of internet access may apply for a loan request. Because the provision is limited in number, we will assess each request case by case and will only offer to students who are really in need.
