The Ministry announces another delay in the schools’
reopening. The fear of the Covid19 motivates that decision and we cannot
complain that our authorities are taking measures for the public health.
Nevertheless, the same article from the Phnom Penh Post
tells un than 50% of the 3 million students in Cambodia cannot fully access the
digital learning.
That means that 1.5 million students, from the poorest
families of course, are not able to follow any kind of class…
That is awfully sad…
