Making French Pancakes: The Practice

Let’s be honest, this session was definitely a fantastic English lesson but an average professional practice. Nevertheless, our 24 students both learnt some English and the way to make a well-known French dessert. Great!

The problem is certainly a lack of facilities specific to the tourism option. We did a great job working on the tables of the restaurant.

M. Samath, the Director, told me that it would be better to use the room used for food processing. I believe it would actually be better too.

This is absolutely how an ideal English lesson should be. Around 10 to 12 words learnt, 1 to 2 grammatical structures, games, a song, and a great cooking practice where all the previously learnt items started to make sense! A great 4 hours English lesson!
